Informal team time

Abstract

A practice which is part of the relationship, informal team time constitutes a recurrent moment within the daily activity, which does not meet any planned or assessable criteria and which, therefore, does not have any organised structure or control. Specific to a particular team and its organisation, it forms its own operating rules and the different exchanges which occur are also based on topics which are as varied as the situations in which they take place.
