Combination of Double Chimney Technique and Prosthesis Post-Dilation After Valve-in-Valve Implantation.

Valve-in-valve (ViV) transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is an effective treatment for aortic bioprosthetic valve degeneration. ViV-TAVI could lead to coronary occlusion.
