Malacoplakia of the kidney.

We have reported the 41st case of renal parenchymal malacoplakia. Aggressive diagnostic efforts should be made to stage the disease, since unilateral renal malacoplakia requires prompt local extirpation, while bilateral renal malacoplakia is treated medically.
