Cutaneous lymphomas, a diverse group of malignancies originating from lymphocytes within the skin, present a complex challenge in the field of dermato-oncology. As our understanding of these malignancies deepens, so does our ability to tailor effective therapeutic strategies. From topical treatments and ultraviolet phototherapy to systemic approaches, significant advancements have been made to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. However, amidst these promising developments, it is crucial to acknowledge the presence of cutaneous adverse events, which can significantly impact treatment decisions and patient well-being.
