Abstract

A well-delineated difference in contrast density within the right ventricle on cardiac computed tomography helped facilitate the diagnosis of a double-chambered right ventricle in a 56-year-old man with progressive dyspnea on exertion. Double density sign is a newly described imaging sign in double-chambered right ventricle.
