Abstract
This is a rare occasion of possible positional ischemic echocardiographic changes detected in a 54-year-old female referred for preoperative cardiac assessment. Reversible RWMA associated with impairment of the EF were detected on the left lateral decubitus and normalized on supine position. Coronary angiography revealed significant left main coronary artery stenosis.
