Abstract
A novel nano-platform (GE11-HGFI@ND-DOX) capable of specifically targeting colorectal cancer HCT-116 cells with highly expressed EGFR receptors, exhibiting precise targeting and enhanced therapy, while enhancing its dispersivity and hydrophilicity is reported. This work opens up prospects for the development of synergistic targeted therapy by integrating hydrophobins and nanodiamond encapsulated drug delivery systems.
