Network of the occupational medicine hospital unit (UOOML) in Lombardia: an example of network

Abstract
The authors describe a short history of the Hospital Units for Occupational Medicine, there activities offered to the National Health Service and to industries, as so as other public services. The constitution of these Units in a "Network for Occupational Medicine" is a guarantee for a real optimization of resources and results.
