Abstract

Plasmacytoma is a blood disease featuring the proliferation of abnormal plasmacytes accompanied by the production of monoclonal immunoglobulins. It usually arises in the medulla; thus, extramedullary plasmacytoma is rare, and metastatic testicular tumors are also infrequent. In this report, we present a case of testicular metastasis from an extramedullary plasmacytoma involving the nasopharynx, with good control being achieved by surgery (left high inguinal orchiectomy) and vincristine, adriamycin, and dexamethasone (VAD) chemotherapy.
